Upon directions of the Custodian of two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Saud may Allah preserve him, and the follow-up of his honorable Crown Prince, his Royal Highness, prince Mohamed Bin Salman Bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Saud may Allah preserve him, vision 2030 has been launched along with National Transformation Program (NTP) to form a start of a new stage in the path of the Kingdom. Vision aims to build a strong economy based on well-established fundamentals, away from traditional income sources. It will focus on activating other different economic sectors. Launch of vision 2030 is to enhance the opportunities given to private sector for starting a new type of works, and more expansion in investment sectors. Through vision 2030, Kingdom aspires to further develop the domestic product of non-oil sectors to achieve its top levels, particularly real estate sector proven by the official statistics to be one of the biggest non-oil sectors contributing to the domestic product. With more than 23 years experience , Adwaa , one of the real estate establishments has completed many construction, maintenance, sanitation and school transportation projects.
